Campaign Objective

Increase awareness of Taobao and its Double Eleven 11.11 event among the local Australian community.

Solution

  • Set up an offline event showroom decorated with products available on Taobao, allowing visitors to immersively experience what they can purchase during the Double Eleven event.
  • Distributed Taobao merchandise and small gifts to guide offline visitors, including new overseas Taobao users, to visit the Double 11 campaign page.
