IG would like to establish brand awareness among Australian Chinese in the 2019-2020 Australia Chinese Market Campaign.
Solutions and Results
Australian Chinese place a high value on trust and gravitate towards aspirational brands. And they are a group that has embraced technology, in particular the social media platform WeChat.
Outside of WeChat, there is a huge array of Chinese media channels available to marketers to target the Australian-Chinese community such as online news websites, news-feed apps, etc.
Therefore, LMG devised a customized media plan for IG with a special focus on covering major online Chinese media channels across Australia. Besides, LMG selected the largest shopping center Chadstone in southern hemisphere and the Box Hill Shopping Centre which is located in the largest Chinese community in Melbourne, to place offline OOH (Out-of-home) advertisement to increase the brand awareness.
